How to Create Unlimited Drag-and-Drop Objects in Google Slides?

Are you a teacher who enjoys creating interactive Google Slides for your students? You can make your Google Slides more engaging by adding unlimited drag-and-drop objects.

You can use this trick to create slides for math problems, digital phonics worksheets, and other subjects. Simply follow the steps below and learn how to create unlimited clip arts or images on your Slides.

1. Create Master Slides

   Everything you DO NOT want students to be able to move should be on your master slides. You can create the slides with MS Powerpoint or Google Slides, and then export each slide as JPG or PNG.

2. Use Master Slides as Background Images on Google Slides

   Click on Background → Choose image → Browse → Choose for Upload

3. Insert the Clip Arts or Images

Insert → Image → Upload from Computer → Choose for Upload

You can also drag the image directly from websites or your computer into Google Slides.

4. Duplicate the Image

Choose the image and press Command + D for MacBook

Choose the image and press Ctrl + D for PC

You can duplicate the image as many times as you need. Don’t worry if they look messy at this step.

5. Align All the Images (This is the magic step.)

Select all the images you just duplicated

Right click → Align Horizontally → left

Right click → Align Vertically → top

Then, you can select the stack of images which look like one and adjust them to where you want.
